Returns and Refunds Policy

At Enzo Warmers, we strive to provide high-quality kitchen appliances and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear images or videos as proof of the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.

After approval:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • The item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval

Failure to return the item within this timeframe may result in cancellation of the return request.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items not reported within the specified time
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned after the return window has expired

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and the standard return process must be followed.
